GO APE 

With sites all over the UK, challenge your team and leap into a vertical Go Ape tree top adventure.  With a head for heights or not, you’ll be climbing and swinging through the treetops, and even zip wiring down to the forest floor.

CLIP'N'CLIMB

Clip‘n'Climb offers climbing challenges suitable for everyone from the age of 2 to 102 years old, so fun for all the family! 

Each vertical climb will count (both up and down!!), so harness yourself up and hot foot it to your nearest climbing wall. Get sponsored for all the metres you complete.

CLIMBING WALLS

As well as clip'n'climb there are also plenty of bouldering climbing walls in local leisure centres for more vertical fun!

DRY SLOPE SKI-ING

If you're a ski or snow boarding fan, then head down to your local dry ski slope and record how many metres you travel up and down – visit this website to find your nearest slope!
