Top tips for living with SCI, written by people with SCI

We are delighted that you have decided to read this booklet, compiled by Ralph Charlwood (Ambassador for Stoke Mandeville Spinal Research), with the help of the spinal cord injury community.

Inside you will find numerous tips and tricks to help make your life just that little bit easier. All the tips were provided by people living with SCI. Contained here are the collective lifetimes of many, many people, of all ages, levels of injury and circumstances.

We hope that there is something for everyone.

Stoke Mandeville Spinal Research would like to thank Ralph and the many contributors who helped pool their wisdom for this booklet.

We are also grateful to Brethertons for their generous sponsorship of this project.

You can view the booklet below, or download a pdf to read offline. If you would like to receive a hard copy of the booklet please complete this online form.
