Ideas to get you FUNdraising!

In the office

Dress Down or Dress Up for Stoke Mandeville Spinal Research

Back in the office during the week? Then why not host a (themed?!) dress up or dress down event for us? Everyone donates a couple of pounds to take part! Email [email protected] for your fundraising tools.

Host a quiz!

Who doesn't love a good quiz - lots of fun for everyone in the office. Combine entry fee donations with selling drinks and snacks to the quizzers to raise even more money!

Guess the number of sweets in a jar

An old classic! Have a guess at the number of sweets in return for a small donation. The person with the guess closest to the actual number wins all the sweets!

Cake sale

Who ate all the pies? The old ones are the best right? Ideas, not cakes! Who can resist some home baked goodies! Get the whole office involved - there's always a Bake Off star waiting in the wings!

Take on a challenge

From cycling and running events to 3 Peaks hikes, abseils and skydives – there are so many exciting challenges you can do to raise money towards life changing spinal cord research - you can even create your own!

And not forgetting, our very own Wheels at Work™ sponsored challenge!

Simply get in touch if you'd like to get involved and we can create a bespoke challenge for you and your team.

Email: [email protected] to find out more.

Payroll Giving

It sounds simple – but what if everyone in your company donated their last hour’s pay each month? Ask your employer to support you in encouraging everyone to take part.

Matched giving

Ask your employer to match the cash you raise through your fundraising activities. This will help you rocket towards your target and help more people with spinal cord injury in the process.

At Home

Brave the Shave or Grow a Beard!

As a solo challenge, shave your hair or grow a beard and raise money for people living with spinal cord injury. Let us know what you're planning by emailing [email protected].

Give as you shop

Give back when you shop online through a number of shopping sites including EasyFundraising.

Host a karaoke night!

Many of us enjoy a little sing song, so why not organise a fundraising evening with friends and family - a great way to have fun whilst FUNdraising!

Simply donate
