We would like to say a huge well done and thank you to Sonia Mosheshe, who braved the Winter Warmer run at Campbell Park in Milton Keynes last Sunday, raising almost £500 in sponsorship! 

Sonia, a tutor on Buckinghamshire College Group's Level 1 Health & Social Care course at the Aylesbury Campus, took part in the event as part of a larger fundraising initiative being organised by the college to support our life changing SCI research.

College students have also already hosted a Thrift Sale and Tuck Shop to raise funds, ahead of their disability awareness day on March 17th, when our Ambassador, Kat Panagaki, will share her story of life with a spinal cord injury.

Students will also have the opportunity to take part in our Wheels at Work challenge, an experience which will give them hands-on insight and understanding of some of the daily realities faced by those navigating the world in a wheelchair.
