Why not also register the vertical steps on your phone/Strava, and get sponsored as you go! Walk up and down escalators, or forget the lifts and walk up and down the stairs every day for a month. Walk up and down a local hill, either as team challenge with work colleagues or at weekends with family and friends. Every time you ascend and descend you can add the elevation to your challenge total. Challenge yourself to skip for 5 mins every day and calculate how many jumps you complete in this time!
